How We Use Forms

There will be cases where a visitor should complete a form using services offered by the rented cloud host provider to initiate a next step for a service.  Some forms provided by a rented cloud host provider are essential instruments to either fulfilling orders or responding to queries.  For example:

  • Shopping Cart (Link at top of page) use rented forms to enable payment for your orders
  • Contact (Link at bottom of page) use a rented form to enable email messages

The above examples are common international practices to be able to respond to visitors both effectively and efficiently.

However, not all forms warrant the renting of cloud services.  To the extent possible, KamaHapa will protect a visitor’s privacy by requesting the interested visitor to DOWNLOAD a form.  Downloading is a tactic that enables a separation of the visitor’s private information from rented cloud hosting services.

Where a visitor is invited to download a form (typically a Microsoft Word File), then the onus is on the visitor to complete populating the downloaded form, and then the visitor needs to return the completed form to KamaHapa.  In most cases, this form return method is executed by email.  Downloaded forms will include a return method information, for example, email. This DOWNLOAD tactic effectively separates visitor private information from the rented cloud service provider.
